Charles LIPPE  was born 8 September 1820 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier).  Charles died 6 November 1903 in Muskegon, Muskegon, Michigan, USA.  Charles was the child of Andre LIPPE and Marie-Louise MARQUIS dite DUPILLAU.
