Louis PEPIN dit LACHANCE  was born 2 September 1813 in Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Louis died 29 June 1845 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Louis was the child of François PEPIN dit LACHANCE and Josephte DROUIN.
