Marie-Anne RUEL  was born 3 August 1789 in Saint-Gervais, Bellechasse, Québec, Canada (Saints-Gervais-et-Protais).  Marie-Anne was the child of Jean-Baptiste RUEL and Marie-Barbe ASSELIN.
