Theodose TREMBLAY  was born 21 October 1778 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Theodose died 31 January 1868 in Chicoutimi, Québec, Canada (Arvida) (Saguenay).  Theodose was the child of Etienne TREMBLAY and Scholastique DEMEULES (DESMEULES).
