Hilaire  married  Marie PELLETIER 7 February 1854 in Saint-Pascal, Kamouraksa, Canada East .  Marie PELLETIER  was born 6 January 1837 in Saint-Pascal, Kamouraksa, Québec, Canada.  Marie died 16 June 1858 in Saint-Denis-de-la-Bouteillerie, Kamouraska, Quebec, Canada.  Marie was the child of Norbert PELLETIER and Marcelline LEVESQUE.

Hilaire LAVOIE died 22 June 1907 in Saint-Philippe-de-Néri, Kamouraska, Quebec, Canada.
