Eusebe FRECHETTE  was born 28 December 1815 in Saint-Luc, Québec, Canada.  Eusebe died 2 April 1889 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (St-Johns) (Dorchester).  Eusebe was the child of Joseph FRECHETTE and Marie RICHARD.
