Jacques BENOIT  was born 8 October 1796 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Jacques died 15 November 1870 in Saint-Césaire, Québec, Canada (St-Cesaire).  Jacques was the child of Paul BENOIT and Marie-Elisabeth LACOSTE (BENOIT dite LIVERNOIS).
