Noel SARRAZIN  was born 24 December 1796 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Noel died 1 May 1845 in Saint-Barthélemy, Québec, Canada.  Noel was the child of François SARRAZIN and Françoise SYLVESTRE.
