Felicite HEBERT  was born 17 April 1816 in L'Acadie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marguerite-de-Blairfindie).  Felicite died 13 May 1897 in Saint-Valentin, Québec, Canada.  Felicite was the child of Pierre HÉBERT and Marie-Apolline-Anastasie BREAULT (BRAULT).
