Daughter Elizabeth, 15 and Son Andrew, 13 both born in Austria Dec 1884 and July 1886.

Year of immigration to United States for Andrew, Elizabeth, Elizabeth and Andrew is 1889. Number of years in the United States is 11 for all. Andrew is listed as an alien.
NOTE: There is a note under Elizabeth's name that reads something like 'This is sec. 2 children before marriage'. It would lead me to believe that the children, Elizabeth and Andrew, were born before the marriage of the parents, Elizabeth and Andrew. That information seems to match with the immigration info that I think might belong to Elizabeth.
