Jean TREMBLAY  was born 20 October 1837 in Saint-Urbain, Charlevoix, Québec, Canada.  Jean died 28 March 1910 in Chicoutimi, Québec, Canada (Arvida) (Saguenay).  Jean was the child of Moise TREMBLAY and Judith FORTIN.
