Philomene COULOMBE  was born 17 August 1838 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Philomene died 17 July 1903 in St-Eugène, Quebec, Canada.  Philomene was the child of Charles COULOMBE and Genevieve LARRIVÉE.

Octave  married  (2) Marie CARLOS 16 May 1905 in St-Eugène, l'Islet, Québec, Canada .  Marie CARLOS  was born 17 October 1854 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Marie died 5 April 1937 in St-Cyrille-de-Lessard, Canada.  Marie was the child of Fabien CARLOS and Francoise CLOUTIER.

Octave TREMBLAY died 30 December 1908 in St-Eugène, L'Islet, Quebec, Canada.
