Joseph (Joe Vicus) died at his daughter Florence and uncle Georges Pott's house where he and Catherine were living. He just stopped eating and would only chew on ice cubes, he had decided to die because he didn't want to be a burden on anyone. As per Mag & Russ, his grandson, who loved him dearly.
