Francois-Hyacinthe ROY was the child of François ROY   and   Françoise-Rose BRO (BREAULT) and the grandchild of: (paternal)  Laurent ROY and Catherine CORDIER (maternal)  Alexis BRO (BRAULT) and Marguerite BARIAULT (BARIAUT)

Francois-Hyacinthe  married  Marguerite LAPIERRE 9 February 1801 in L'Acadie, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 9 children.
Marguerite LAPIERRE  was born abt. 1781 Marguerite died 21 May 1817 in L'Acadie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marguerite-de-Blairfindie).  Marguerite was the child of Tomi LAPIERRE and Isabelle FÉLISSE.

Francois-Hyacinthe  married  (2) Louise-Marie FERLAND 4 October 1819 in L'Acadie, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 10 children.
Louise-Marie FERLAND  was born 18 November 1797 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Louise-Marie died 13 November 1871 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (St-Johns) (Dorchester).  Louise-Marie was the child of Louis FERLAND and Marguerite SAVIGNAC.

Francois-Hyacinthe ROY died 29 August 1862 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Canada East .





He was originally buried in the original Saint Jean l'Evangeliste parish cemetery located on rue Laurier. When that cemetery was closed in 1910, the bodies were exhumed and reburied in Saint-Jean-sur Richelieu Cemetery. findagrave.com
