Obituary
BLINKHORN - John Blinkhorn, one of Centralville's best known residents, passed away last night at his home, 47 Stanley street, after a long illness, having been confined to his bed for the past three months. Deceased was 58 years of age, a native of Manchester, England, and senior member of the firm of John Blinkhorn & Sons, grocers.
Besides his wife, he is survived by four sons, Richard F., Oswald R., James G., and Edward, the latter two being associated with him in business, and one daughter, Miss Nellie Blinkhorn. He was a member of Court City of Lowell, F. of A., and of the Holy Name society of St. Michael's church.
The funeral will take place tomorrow morning at 8:30 from the house. Mass of Requiem at St. Michael's church. Friends are requested not to send flowers.
