Juste OUELLET  was born 21 March 1808 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Juste died 31 January 1899 in Hébertville, Lac-Saint-Jean, Québec, Canada (Hebertville) (Hébertville-Station) (Labarre).  Juste was the child of Andre OUELLET and Theotiste MIVILLE dite DESCHÊNES.
