Cecile DESBIENS  was born 2 September 1740 in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-la-Petite-Rivière).  Cecile died 29 October 1815 in Isle-aux-Coudres, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-l'Isle-aux-Coudres).  Cecile was the child of Étienne DESBIENS and Suzanne ROYER.
