Charlemagne SOUCY  was born 5 August 1778 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Charlemagne died 22 April 1854 in Saint-Pascal, Kamouraksa, Québec, Canada.  Charlemagne was the child of Charles-François SOUCY and Josephte LECLERC.
