SIX KIN DIE OF PNEUMONIA
Eugene A. Sitting Quickly Follows Five Relatives to Death
DAUGHTER IS BARELY ALIVE
Mrs. Jennie Danks, Seventh Victim, is in Critical Condition

If it be granted to Mrs. Jennie Danks to recover from the critical illness in which she lies in the Nordica flats at Fullerton avenue and North Clark street, in ignorance of what has happened about her, she will awake to find five near relatives dead who were alive and well at the beginning of her illness.

Her father, Eugene A. Sittig, a prominent German business man of the city, the fifth to die in fourteen days, lis in an adjoining room in the flat, he having died yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock of pneumonia.

In six weeks six members of the family ahve died - Mr. Sittig's mother, one of his daughters, a cousin, a brother-in-law, a sister-in-law, and Mr. Sittig himself.
