Francois  married  Genevieve PERREAULT 4 April 1815 in Lavaltrie, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 5 children.
Genevieve PERREAULT  was born 8 April 1788 in Lavaltrie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine).  Genevieve died 13 September 1861 in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, Québec, Canada.  Genevieve was the child of Joseph PERRAULT and Genevieve RACETTE.

Francois HETU died 20 March 1856 in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, Canada East.
