Marguerite  married  (2) Jean Baptiste BARIAU (BERIAULT) 8 November 1785 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Province of Québec, Canada .  Jean Baptiste BARIAU (BERIAULT)  was born abt. 1730 in Acadia, Canada (Acadie).  Jean Baptiste died 5 December 1807 in Beauceville, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Beauce).  Jean Baptiste was the child of Antoine BARIAU (BARIAULT) (BARILLOT) and Angélique THIBODEAU.

Marguerite POULIOT died 26 April 1813 in Saint-Vallier, Lower Canada.
