Obituary
Samantha died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Parshall, on Bristol street in Cheshire. She was born in Rushville, Yates county, seventy-eight years ago, but has lived most of her life in the town of Canandaigua. She is survived by six children, four daughters and two sons as follows: Mrs. Charles Parshall, Mrs. Charles Goodale and Mrs. Florence Shannon of Canandaigua; Mrs. Eva Deuel of Buffalo; Philemon Stiles of Leslie, Mich., and Bogart Stiles of Buffalo. She leaves a sister, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. The funeral was held at the Parshall residence on Bristol street. Death was due to paralysis, from which she suffered an attack last Wednesday, having been in comparatively good health up to that time.
