This is the earlier notice, filed at a court of equity for the fourth circuit at Saratoga Springs, August 20, 1826, before Circuit Judge Reuben H. Walworth. It gives you the crucial genealogical nugget:

'...complaint in this cause, setting forth, among other things, that Mary Mosher, late of the town of Saratoga, widow of David Mosher, died on the thirty-first day of May in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirteen, seized in fee simple, of, in and to the following described premises, situate, lying, and being in the town of Saratoga Springs, formerly Saratoga, to wit: All that farm bounded on the north and east by lands of Sarah Stafford, on the south by Fish Creek and the lands of Benjamin Avery, and on the west by the lands of Miles Beach and John Tice, said to contain one hundred and thirty acres.'

This is a writ of execution notice: Lyman B. Langworthy, Sheriff of Saratoga County (with Luther Hulbert as deputy), announces a sale of land to satisfy a judgment in this equity case — costs, $65.05, plus one-sixth of the complainant's costs. The land is described as part of the same Kayaderosseras patent tract (Lot No. 2 of the subdivision of Lot No. 11 of the ninth allotment) that you've already been tracking through the Welch/ Mosher/ Salisbury mortgages — this confirms it's the very same family land. The notice states the commissioners in partition had assigned and set off one-sixth part of the premises belonging to unknown owners, subject to a mortgage William W. Welch had executed to Reuben Randall (Randall holding it as mortgagee in possession). The sale was scheduled for Wednesday, February 6, 1828, at Shepard's in Saratoga Springs.
