Charles  married  Marie PAYET dite ST-AMOUR 16 November 1761 in L'Assomption, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 7 children.
Marie PAYET dite ST-AMOUR  was born 28 April 1745 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Marie died 21 December 1825 in St-Paul-de-Lavaltrie, Quebec, Canada.  Marie was the child of Guillaume PAYET and Marguerite THOUIN.

Charles BOTQUIN died 1 May 1795 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .
