Jean-Baptiste FORTIN  was born 29 July 1728 in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-la-Petite-Rivière).  Jean-Baptiste died 27 June 1806 in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-la-Petite-Rivière).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Jacques FORTIN and Geneviève LACROIX.
