François  married  Françoise CHARBONNEAU 22 October 1764 in Laval, Province of Québec, Canada .  Françoise CHARBONNEAU  was born 7 February 1744 in Laval, Québec, Canada (Saint François-de-Sales-de-l'Ile-Jésus).  Françoise died 5 October 1776 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Françoise was the child of Michel CHARBONNEAU dit LÉVEILLÉ and Marguerite ROCHEREAU.

François LAUZON died 13 January 1811 in Longue-Pointe, Montréal, Lower Canada .
