Vincent  married  (2) Marie-Anne CHARPENTIER 8 January 1753 in Rivière-des-Prairies, Montréal, Canada, New France .  Marie-Anne CHARPENTIER  was born 23 February 1733 in Rivière-des-Prairies, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rivière-des-Prairies)*.  Marie-Anne died 15 December 1789 in Mascouche, Québec, Canada (Saint-Henri-de-Mascouche).  Marie-Anne was the child of Joseph-Leonard CHARPENTIER and Françoise CADIEUX.

Vincent BOURGOIN died 5 February 1791 in Terrebonne, Lower Canada .
