François  married  Marie CARBONNEAU 3 March 1794 in Yamachiche, Lower Canada .  Marie CARBONNEAU  was born 25 March 1769 in Yamachiche, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-d'Yamachiche).  Marie was the child of Jean-Baptiste CARBONNEAU and Madeleine PAILLÉ.

François  married  (2) Geneviève CÔTÉ 15 June 1807 in Nicolet, Lower Canada .  Geneviève CÔTÉ  was born 6 June 1789 in Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste) .  Geneviève was the child of Alexis-François CÔTÉ and Angélique GRENET.

François  married  (3) Josephte LAUZIÈRE 25 February 1811 in Nicolet, Lower Canada .  Josephte LAUZIÈRE  was born 8 November 1782 in Saint-François-du-Lac, Québec, Canada.  Josephte was the child of Joseph-Antoine PINARD dit LAUZIÈRE and Marie-Claire PROVENCHER.

François BEAUBIEN died 16 April 1838 in Nicolet, Lower Canada .
