François CLOUTIER  was born 25 January 1757 in Saint-Pierre-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Québec, Canada.  François died 7 August 1830 in Montmagny, Québec, Canada (Saint-Thomas) (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire).  François was the child of Laurent CLOUTIER and Marie-Geneviève BOULET (BOULAY).
