Eugene FORTIN  was born 7 April 1823 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Eugene died 12 June 1900 in Saint-Irénée, Charlevoix, Québec, Canada (St-Irenee).  Eugene was the child of Vital FORTIN and Antoinette GAGNON.
