Constantin ALLARD  was born 18 May 1756 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Constantin died 29 December 1800 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Constantin was the child of Pierre-Jacques ALLARD and Madeleine BOUCHARD.
