Isaac-Joseph GARNIER (GRENIER)  was born 27 November 1663 in Sillery, Québec, Québec, Canada (Mission Saint-Joseph-de-Sillery) (Saint-Colomb-de-Sillery).  Isaac-Joseph died 30 March 1745 in Lotbinière, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis).  Isaac-Joseph was the child of François GARNIER dit PELLERIN (GRENIER) and Jacqueline Marie (Jacquette) FRESLON.
