Louis  married  Genevieve ARSENAULT 18 May 1802 in Louiseville, Lower Canada .  Genevieve ARSENAULT  was born 3 July 1772 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Genevieve died 18 January 1840 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Genevieve was the child of Antoine ARSENAULT and Genevieve CHRETIEN.

Louis  married  (2) Marguerite ARSENAULT 23 February 1841 in Maskinongé, Canada East .  Marguerite ARSENAULT  was born 30 March 1801 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Marguerite died 14 June 1855 in St-Paulin, Maskinonge, Quebec, Canada.  Marguerite was the child of Antoine ARSENAULT and Josephte DUPRAS (PRATTE).

Louis DUPUIS died 4 June 1848 in Saint-Léon-le-Grand, Maskinongé, Canada East .
