Charles  married  Marie-Marthe BERNARD 16 February 1801 in Carleton-sur-Mer, Lower Canada .  Marie-Marthe BERNARD  was born 2 November 1780 in Carleton-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Carleton) (St-Omer).  Marie-Marthe died 19 September 1835 in Carleton-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Carleton) (St-Omer).  Marie-Marthe was the child of Louis BERNARD and Louise LECOUFFE (LEGOUFFE).

Charles LETOURNEAU died 8 April 1837 in Carleton-sur-Mer, Lower Canada .
