Catherine  married  (2) Modeste HAYET dit MALO 10 August 1772 in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  Modeste HAYET dit MALO  was born 16 April 1735 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Modeste died 15 December 1787 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Modeste was the child of Louis HAYET dit ST-MALO and Madeleine EMERY dite CODERRE.

Catherine BUSSIERE died 2 October 1800 in Louiseville, Lower Canada .
