MERIDEN, Conn. -- Frances K. (Koncki) Blessing, 77, of 89 Goodwill Ave., died Monday, April 3, in MidState Medical Center.

She leaves her husband of 54 years, Howard E. Blessing; three daughters, including Deborah Troio of Shrewsbury, Mass.; two sons; four sisters; four brothers; and 12 grandchildren. She was born in Meriden.

Mrs. Blessing was a member of St. Joseph Church, the Rosary Society and the Meriden Council of Catholic Women.

The funeral Mass was in St. Joseph Church. Burial will be at the family's convenience. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph School, 159 West Main St.; or to St. John Lutheran Church, 520 Paddock Ave., both Meriden, CT 06451.
