Marguerite GÉLINAS dite LACOURSE  was born 23 February 1755 in Yamachiche, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-d'Yamachiche).  Marguerite died 27 January 1814 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Marguerite was the child of Jean-Baptitste GÉLINAS dit LACOURSE and Marie-Josephte VACHER dite LACERTE.

Joseph VENNE died 10 November 1827 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .
