Godefroy  married  Charlotte RICHAUME 15 November 1813 in Deschambault, Lower Canada .  Charlotte RICHAUME  was born 4 October 1754 in Repentigny, Québec, Canada (La Purification-de-Repentigny) (St-Paul-l'Hermite).  Charlotte died 25 June 1826 in Grondines, Québec, Canada (Saint-Charles-des-Grondines).  Charlotte was the child of Pierre RICHAUME dit PETRUS and Marie-Josephe ARCHAMBAULT.

Godefroy PAQUET died 21 May 1836 in Deschambault, Lower Canada .
