Marguerite PROVOST (PREVOST)  was born 15 February 1718 in Sainte-Famille-de-l'île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Marguerite died 12 July 1743 in Beaumont, Québec, Canada (Saint-Étienne-de-Beaumont).  Marguerite was the child of Timothée PROVOST (PREVOST) and Anne RIVIERE.

Louis  married  (2) Marie-Charlotte CHAMARD 25 October 1745 in Sainte-Famille-de-l'île-d'Orléans, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 8 children. Marie-Charlotte CHAMARD  was born 14 September 1715 in Sillery, Québec, Québec, Canada (Mission Saint-Joseph-de-Sillery) (Saint-Colomb-de-Sillery).  Marie-Charlotte was the child of Pierre CHAMARD and Madeleine CUREUX dite ST-GERMAIN.
