Charles DEFOY  was born 18 June 1695 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Charles died 13 November 1781 in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Québec, Canada.  Charles was the child of Louis DEFOY and Marie-Charlotte EBERT (HEBERT) (CHAREBERT).
