The subscriber , executor of the will of said deceased , after the acceptance of his final account hereby makes return that the pecuniary legacies provided for in said will have been fully paid and satisfied as per receipts herewith exhibited , That is to say , he has paid to Mrs. E. A. Mason and Edward Theinert the sum of $ 100.00 each , and to Ernest Reutgen the sum of $ 500. 00 . Wherefore your petitioner prays this Honorable Court to direct that a certificate of title to the real estate of said deceased be given in accordance with provisions in said will .
