Antoine RIVET was the child of Charles RIVET   and   Marie-Josephe DESMARAIS and the grandchild of: (paternal)  Maurice RIVET and Marie-Moise CUSSON (maternal)  Paul DESMARAIS dit MARET (MARAIS) and Marie-Thérèse TETREAU (TETREAULT)

Antoine  married  Marie-Anne METHOT 19 January 1761 in Repentigny, Canada .  Marie-Anne METHOT  was born 23 November 1741 in Cap-St-Ignace, Québec, Canada (Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola).  Marie-Anne died 9 February 1764 in Cap-St-Ignace, Québec, Canada (Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola).  Marie-Anne was the child of Charles MÉTHOT and Marie-Geneviève HÉDOUIN.

Antoine  married  (2) Marguerite COURSOL 1 July 1765 in Verchères, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marguerite COURSOL  was born abt. 1729 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marguerite died 18 April 1800 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Marguerite was the child of Jacques COURSOL and Marguerite-Rénée MONTEIL.

Antoine RIVET died 7 April 1802 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .
