Joseph  married  Catherine BARIL 18 February 1737 in Batiscan, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 7 children.
Catherine BARIL  was born 5 December 1716 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Catherine died 24 July 1788 in St-Stanislas, Champlain, Canada.  Catherine was the child of François BARIL and Marie-Charlotte GAILLOUX (GAILLOU).
