Funeral Rites for Mrs. A. Staibrook Held at Ethan

Last rites for Mrs. Andrew J. Stainbrook, 79, of Ethan, were held tuesday, july 7 at Mehlhaff chapel at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. C. Stites officiating. Interment was the Milltown Cemetery.

Hattie Mabel Harrington was born to Eugene and Dora Dell, Nee Dart, Harrington on July 12, 1884 in Pennsylvania. She died at St. Benedict hospital on July 4 where she had been a patient the last seven weeks. She was married to Andrew J. Stainbrook on August 4, 1899 at Parkston. Her husband passed away in July, 1957.

Survivors include four sons, George and Robert of Parkston, William of Mitchell and Erwin of Ethan; three daughters, Mrs. Frank snell (Dora); Mrs Tom Bintliff (Charlotte) and Mrs. Howard Elliott (Molly) all of Mitchell. Also a sister, Mrs. Arthur Bail of Warrensburg, Mo., and a half-brother Ray Harrington of Sturgis.

Other survivors are 39 great grandchildren and sixteen grandchildren.
