Jean-François HARDY  was born 13 November 1699 in Neuville, Portneuf, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales).  Jean-François died 15 May 1774 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  Jean-François was the child of Pierre HARDY dit CHATILLON and Marie-Charlotte LEFEBVRE dite ANGERS.
