Boston, Sept. 21 - (AP) Maj. Thomas L. Walsh, a brother and law partner of United States Senator David I Walsh, died yesterday at Medford hospital. He was operated on three days ago...

He leaves three brothers, Senator David I Walsh, James Walsh of Leominster and William J Walsh of Boston; and four sisters, Mrs John Dooley of Boston, and Misses Mary, Julia and Hannah. Funeral services will be at St. John's Church Wednesday morning at 10.
