Charles  married  Marie-Anne PHANEUF 20 February 1775 in Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie-Anne PHANEUF  was born 22 May 1759 in Rivière-des-Prairies, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rivière-des-Prairies)*.  Marie-Anne died 17 August 1794 in L'Acadie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marguerite-de-Blairfindie).  Marie-Anne was the child of Pierre PHANEUF and Catherine BLAIS.

Charles  married  (2) Marie BENJAMIN dite ST-AUBIN 10 August 1795 in Chambly, Lower Canada .  Marie BENJAMIN dite ST-AUBIN  was born 16 May 1741 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Marie died 15 September 1828 in Saint-Luc, Québec, Canada.  Marie was the child of Jean-Simon BENJAMIN dit ST-AUBIN and Marie-Jeanne VIGEANT dite TAUPIER.

Charles BOURASSA died 21 September 1809 in L'Acadie, Lower Canada .
