Jacques GARNEAU  was born 12 April 1728 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency, Québec, Canada.  Jacques died 10 November 1801 in Neuville, Portneuf, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales).  Jacques was the child of François GARNEAU and Marie CANTIN (QUENTIN).
