Nicolas  married  Marie-Madeleine MIVILLE 3 May 1724 in La Pocatière, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 9 children.
Marie-Madeleine MIVILLE  was born 18 May 1706 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Marie-Madeleine died 14 February 1769 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Marie-Madeleine was the child of Jean-Bernard MIVILLE dit DESCHÊNES and Marie-Madeleine DUBE.

Nicolas LIZOTTE died 4 January 1802 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Lower Canada.
