Elisabeth  married  Jean-Baptiste ÉTHIER 7 August 1797 in Repentigny, Lower Canada .  Jean-Baptiste ÉTHIER  was born 9 March 1740 in Lachenaie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Charles-de-Lachenaie).  Jean-Baptiste died 28 January 1804 in Repentigny, Québec, Canada (La Purification-de-Repentigny) (St-Paul-l'Hermite).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Étienne ÉTHIER and Madeleine ROY dite DESJARDINS.

Elisabeth METHOT died 14 May 1826 in Saint-Esprit, Montcalm, Lower Canada.
